PAYLESS Car Rental at Atlanta Airport

Once you have arrived at Atlanta Airport, please be sure to collect all your personal items before continuing to the Atlanta Airport Car Rental Centre, an area where you will find the various car rental offices.

To find the Payless rental desk, you will need to exit the baggage claim area, and follow the signs to the SkyTrain. Once you have arrived, an escalator will take you down to the 2nd floor customer service area. When returning a vehicle, customers must follow the airport signs. Once you have parked the vehicle, you will need to make your way back to the escalator to again access the Sky Bridge and take the SkyTrain back to the terminal.

A valid driving license, passport/ID card and credit card must be presented upon hiring your vehicle. When renting from payless, you must present the same credit card which was used for the online payment. We inform you that should you need to cancel 48 hours before the pick-up time, a processing fee will be charged.

During the rental period, you are responsible for any tolls on the roads that you drive on. Payless offers an optional e-toll service, which allows you to use electronic lanes, as their vehicles come equipped to process tolls electronically.

Payless also offers child safety seats for infants and toddlers as well as booster seats for youngsters. Seats may vary, so it is best to contact the company in advance when booking a vehicle with a child seat.

The payless office in Atlanta Airport is open from 8am until 11:30pm, seven days a week.
